If Xur is still around, where is he now? Season 16 is now in its sixteenth week since his arrival. As for Xur’s future, we don’t know much. Given that many of his former haunts are now off-limits. EDZ and Tower are exceptions. This new DLC should be exciting to explore for the first time because they added fresh locations for his arrival.

To all the Guardians of Destiny 2, Xur, the hooded trader, offers exotics every week. He’s got an exotic animal for the Hunter, Warlock, and Titan classes covered. Together with the engram, he also has an unusual weapon.

Witch Queen Locations for Xur (Season 18)

His locations are limited, and he only pops in these locations –

  • Winding Cove on EDZ
  • Hangar on Tower (Social)
  • Tree on Nessus (Watcher’s Grave)

I anticipate Xur’s appearance in uncharted territories, as I mentioned earlier. On Friday, this page will be updated to include a new map and video tour guide.

Discontinued Locations

  • Barge on Watcher’s Grave (Nessus still exists but the Barge is gone)
  • Giant’s Scar on IO
  • The RIG on Titan

Once he has arrived, we will post a new update with his current location. Expect him at 9 a.m. PST.

Note: The locations for Xur will most probably change with the next DLC since many planets are retiring. Make sure to bookmark this page because I will make sure to update the exact location.

Because Xur is currently selling CLASS-SPECIFIC Legendary items, your shop’s selection will vary depending on your character’s class. We are working hard to compile a list of all the available sets for each category and will update as soon as we have more information.

Xur Location Today (Witch Queen)

Winding Cove on Earth

EDZ Close to Winding Cove Begin at the Winding Cove spawn point and head to the area marked on the map. If the vendor has just arrived, there will be players clustered around him, so look for them if you can’t find him.

The Tower, Hangar

If you spawn at the Tower, you can descend the stairs on the left. In your pursuit of the Dead Orbit, please proceed forward. When you look at Dead Orbit from behind, you’ll see Xur perched atop a tower, laden with loot. Get driving directions via the provided map. You can either lunge for him or use the stairs to get to the goodies he’s dropped off.

Watcher’s Grove, Nessus

If you spawn in Watcher’s Grove and head through the open fields to the large tree, you’ll find him perched high in the canopy.
