Amateur career
During the 2015 Junior Solheim Cup in the United States, Korda participated. This year she won the Harter Hall Invitational and PING Invitational, and was a Rolex Junior All-American as an amateur. One month before her 15th birthday, she made the cut at the 2013 US Women’s Open.
Professional career
Korda made her professional debut in 2016 on the Symetra Tour, where she triumphed over Wichanee Meechai by three strokes with rounds of 68-67-69-66. After finishing 9th in the money list at the end of the season, she earned her 2017 LPGA Tour card.
In Taoyuan, Taiwan on October 28, 2018, Korda claimed her first LPGA Tour title when she triumphed at the Swinging Skirts LPGA Taiwan Championship. Jessica Korda and her sister became the third pair of sisters to win in LPGA history, joining the Jutanugarn sisters, Moriya Jutanugarn and Ariya Jutanugarn, as well as Charlotta and Annika Sörenstam, with this victory.
Korda won the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open on February 17, 2019, after finishing runner-up at the CME Group Tour Championship and solo 3rd at the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions. She achieved a “Family Slam” in Australia as a result of her accomplishment.

In Grand Rapids, Michigan, on June 20, 2021, Korda won the Meijer LPGA Classic, becoming the first player to win the event twice in the 2021 season. On Saturday, she shot a career-best 62 to go into the final round with a one-shot lead. She won her first major championship on June 27, 2021, when she triumphed at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in Atlanta, Georgia. Final round: Korda shot a 4-under 68 to defeat Lizette Salas by three strokes. Korda became the world’s best player after the victory.

As of August 5, 2021, Korda was standing on the 18th tee at -11 in the second round of Women’s Golf at the Summer Olympic Games in Japan. After making bogey on the par-five 18th, she finished with a 62 after missing the cut with a bogey. He won the Gold Medal on August 7, 2013. She was the first American woman to win an Olympic gold medal since Margaret Ives Abbott in 1900.
