Have trouble logging in to your YouTube account because you’ve misplaced your username or password?
Were you also unable to get a hold of your old phone number?
You won’t be able to access your YouTube account if this is the case.
Fortunately, Google has set up a recovery website to help you regain access to your YouTube account.
The “Forgot email?” option will appear if you can’t remember your YouTube account’s email address.
There is also the “Forgot Password?” option in case you lose yours.
You can use both methods if you forget both your email and password.
Your email address, however, is required.
If you’ve forgotten your YouTube password or email, here’s how to get it back:
1. Open the YouTube app and tap on your profile picture
To begin, launch the YouTube mobile app on your smartphone or tablet.
YouTube can also be accessed on a computer.
But first, make sure you’re on a computer or mobile device that you regularly use to access YouTube.

Tap on your profile photo in the top navigation bar once you’ve logged into the app.
2. Tap on “Add account”
