However, the previous season was a huge success because of its intriguing and suspenseful plot. However, we can expect a new season to premiere by the end of this year or the beginning of the following year. It also has a rating of 7.4 out of 10 on IMDb.

Dogs of Berlin Season 2 Story

The clock begins the series. In the devastation of the Marzahn precinct in Berlin, Kurt Grimmer is at his courtesan Bine’s loft when he spots police activity nearby. Orkan Erdem, Germany’s best soccer player, has been killed in a homicide. Germany plays Turkey tomorrow in the World Cup’s passing counterpart, and the stakes are high.

The bet is effectively placed by Bine at this point. During this time, German-Turkish cop Erol Birkan is conducting an undercover operation against drug lord Hakim Tarik-Amir, but it goes horribly wrong when he discovers that Tarik-Amir knew they were coming. He nevertheless connects with Murad, an immature young rapper hoping to find success through Tarik-Amir. As the show comes to a close, Grimmer returns to his comfortable home and family, stopping to pet a stray dog along the way. In addition, Birkan reunites with his male partner.

Upon discovering that Grimmer, a neo-Nazi, was leading the investigation into Erdem’s death, the police magistrate requested that a Turkish-German official be placed in charge of the team. Erol Birkan, Grimmer’s manager, believes that he can fill this position, but Birkan isn’t interested. Murad and his sister are given passes to the passing match by him.

It’s not long before Erdem’s missing finger is hacked up by Grimmer’s new dog, which the Grimmer had previously claimed as his. One witness at the station claims to have seen Erdem’s Lamborghini drive away with four Arabs from the homicide area. Although Erdem may not have wanted to play in the first place, one of the agents believes that the Germans can still win without him.

In the third episode, we see that Grimmer’s entire strategy is successful and that none of German’s team members make it. Tarik-Amir, Kovac, and Erdem’s murder are all linked to Tarik-alleged Amir’s ties to Grimmer. After that, Grimmer goes to check on Bine, and he finds that he is in good health. While he promises to help her, he warns her that Paula is his real love. A frustrated Birkan confronts his father after the game in front of Turkish-German revellers, but he is beaten up by men in masks, including Grimmer, who warn him against joining the team.

In the fourth episode, Grimmer tries to get his winnings from the game in order to take care of Kovac, and he discovers that the bookie has been killed. It’s a futile effort, since he only succeeds in finding his own papers, not Bine’s.. In order to cover up, he has the club explode and the bouncer lose his footing. Grimmer has the murder of the bookie transferred to his own team in order to cover his tracks. It’s Birkan’s opinion that Grimmer’s exercises aren’t going to help him recover from his injuries. The public can now learn more about Erdem’s murder.
